Please read these terms carefully before using Vio AI.
Welcome to Vio AI. By accessing or using our website, service, or tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. User Accounts
To access video generation, you must register an account using a valid email address via our Supabase authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Payment & Credit Terms
Vio AI provides credits for generation on a pay-as-you-go top-up model. All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. Credits added to your account have no expiration date. You agree to pay all charges incurred at the rates displayed at checkout.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the video generation tools (including voice cloning and lip-syncing) to generate content that:
- Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or abusive.
- Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark of third parties.
- Impersonates real people without their explicit consent (especially deepfaking or unauthorized voice cloning).
- Violates any local, state, national, or international regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All core technologies, codebases, designs, logos, and features of Vio AI are the exclusive property of Naveenkumar. You retain ownership of the input assets (images/audio) you upload and are granted a non-exclusive license to use the generated output videos for personal or commercial purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vio AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Naveenkumar be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
