At Vio AI, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details the data we collect, why we collect it, and the security measures we enforce.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to run and secure our services, including:
- Account Info: Email address provided during sign-up to manage login, billing, and system credits.
- User Uploads: Avatar images and reference voice audio clips uploaded to Supabase Storage buckets for generation.
- Payment Data: Transaction details, Order IDs, and payment references returned by Razorpay (we do not store or see credit card details; all checkout fields are processed by Razorpay).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data exclusively to run your requests:
- Processing scripts, voice cloning, and lip-sync talking-head renders.
- Validating and crediting payments made through Razorpay.
- Providing technical customer support for billing and generation errors.
3. Data Retention & Caching
Your voice model models created for voice cloning are cached securely on our PostgreSQL databases (`voice_models` table) to avoid per-video retraining charges. Uploaded user assets and final output videos are stored in public/private Supabase Storage buckets. You have the right to request deletion of your account and related assets at any time by contacting our support email.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Video generation routes your prompts and assets to secure AI providers (Anthropic Claude, Fish Audio, and HeyGen) to synthesize script, speech, and video assets. These systems process data temporarily to run the pipeline and do not train their base models on your personal assets.
5. Security
We enforce strict Row Level Security (RLS) on all Supabase tables, ensuring that a user's uploaded assets, jobs list, and payment history are only queryable and accessible by the authenticated owner.
